Q. What is the cost for postage?
A. Postage is charged according to your order. Photo packs £2.35. CD's £1.25. Larger items (canvas wraps) £8.00.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. From placing your order online please allow 5-7 working days for your delivery.
Q. Can I come to the studio to pick up my order?
A. No. All of our orders are sent from our lab in Worcester.
Q. Can I upload my own images to be made into photo products?
A. You can't upload images but you can contact us about emailing images to be made into photo products.
Q. I have missed the deadline date for ordering photos through my school/nursery. How long do you keep images for?
A. We keep images for 12 months. If your session was older than 12 months please phone us to check availability before placing an order online.
